OysterClaim is being set up as the public web front door for the claims product. This page is a temporary placeholder until the full privacy policy is published.
For now, the intended baseline is:
- no sale of personal data
- no third-party advertising profile use
- claim filing happens on official third-party claim sites
- privacy questions can be sent to hello@oysterclaim.com
Before launch, replace this page with the full policy drafted from the product privacy spec in the repo.
